HOW TO ORDER
1. You can either place an order with us by either clicking on the "BUY NOW" button.
PAYMENT
Local Singapore Orders
1. All prices in the website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
2. InterBank or ATM Transfers for DBS, POSB and Standared Chartered Bank.
3. Bank Transfers for all other banks are also accepted but clearing time takes about 3 working days. Items will than be mailed out upon successful transfers.
4. We'll be using Paypal for all credit card payment. However, please note that an additional 3.4% will be incurred to the total bill.
5. Personal cheques are accepted but customers will need to personally drop the cheque into the cheque deposit box. Items will only be mailed upon successful cheque clearance.
6. All prices are inclusive of normal mail postage.
7. Items will be mailed within 48 hours upon receipt of payment.
Overseas Orders
1. All prices in the website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
2. Payment can be made via Fund Transfers (for those with a local Singapore bank), PayPal (for credit card payment with an additional 3.4% incurred) or Telegrahpic Transfer (TT).
3. All bank charges will be incurred by the customer, we will inform you of the charges upon confirmation of your order.
4. All prices are not inclusive of delivery charges to the destination country. Refer to "Delivery" section below for the shipping rates.
DELIVERY
Local Singapore Delivery
1. Normal Mail - Package will be delivered to the mailbox directly by SingPost. No tracking number is available for normal mail. Price on website is inclusive of normal mail postage, unless otherwise stated. Generally takes 2-3 working days to arrive.
2. Registered Mail - An additional S$2.24 will be incurred. Package will be delivered directly to your doorstep by SingPost. A tracking number will be made available. In case of unsuccessful delivery, SingPost will leave a collection slip for redelivery or an arrangement for collection to be done at the nearest post office. Generally takes 2-3 working days to arrive.
3. We strongly recommend mailing to be done by Registered Mailing. Please note that TLD will not be responsible for lost package regardless of delivery by normal or registered mail.
4. Local courier service - Full courier charge will be borne by you. We will advise the amount via email should you prefer to have your items delivered by courier service.
Overseas Mailing
1. Delivery will be made via Air Mail by SingPost. A choice of normal or registered airmail can be chosen.
2. Charges will depends on the weight and country. Please refer to SingPost Website for more information and details.
3. Full mailing charges will be borne by customers.
4. We strongly recommend mailing to be done by Registered Mailing. Please note that TLD will not be responsible for lost package regardless of delivery by normal or registered mail.
