Warranty of Goods/Services
1. All our goods/services will serve their intended functions.
2. Colours of products may differ slightly due to the different color resolution of individual computers.
3. Measurements indicated are as per tagged on the items. Sometimes, the measurement may differ from local sizes.
4. Due to the fabric's elasticity, measurements made might have comfortable variables of +/- 2cm. TLD cannot guarantee that the measurements provided will fit you to the exact.
5. Measurements are taken as follows:
* CM - Measurements are taken flat and one sided only.
* INCHES- Measurements are taken in full.
6. TLD will do our best to display and provide measurements and sizes of items as accurately as possible.
Prices
7. All our prices are nett with normal mailing charges are included.
8. Should registered mailing be required, an additional charge of S$2.24 will incur.
Delivery services
9. Delivery can be done by either normal or registered mailing.
10. Items will be mailed within 36 hours once payment has been received.
Payment Processing
11. Payment must be done WITHIN 3 DAYS upon receipt of the Order Confirmation email.
12. We accept Cash, Bank Fund Transfer, Paypal and Cheque payments.
13. We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions.
Cancellation of Orders
14. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.
15. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
Confirmation of Orders
16. We will send an e-acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful order submission.
Exchange & Refunds
17. All goods sold are non-refundable.
